Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use GridLine Operations (the “Service”) to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, permit, or court order.
• Infringe intellectual property rights, or upload confidential drawings, submittals, or documents you are not authorized to share.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person or crew member.
• Upload malware, viruses, worms, or any code intended to harm the Service or its users.
• Attempt to breach, disable, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service, its infrastructure, or its security controls.
• Scrape, mass-download, or resell Service data without written permission.
• Impersonate another company, person, or authority.
• Use AI features to generate content that is defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful, or to produce material that violates third-party rights.
• Use the Service to control equipment, life-safety systems, or emergency dispatch, or as the primary system of record for regulated recordkeeping.
