Submitting a takedown notice

Email gridlineoperations@outlook.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and a URL or location within the Service.
4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, phone, email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our response

We will remove or disable access to material we believe in good faith is infringing, notify the user who uploaded the material, and provide the takedown notice as required by law.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address including the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated DMCA notices will be terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
