Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective immediately. Part of our Terms of Service.
30-Day GridLine Pilot
Every new paid plan starts with a 30-day pilot at no charge. A valid payment method is required. Cancel any time during the pilot and you will not be billed.
Automatic conversion
If you do not cancel before the pilot ends, your selected plan (Starter $99/mo, Professional $249/mo, or Business $599/mo) will automatically begin billing at the published monthly rate. Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date until canceled.
How to cancel
Go to Billing → Manage subscription inside the portal, or email gridlineoperations@outlook.com. Cancellations after the pilot take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date.
Refunds
All fees for paid billing periods are non-refundable, including partial-month charges and unused seat licenses, except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us — we can usually resolve billing questions quickly.
Data after cancellation
Your project data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can export or reactivate, then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.
